With a primary focus on acquiring new development opportunities across Scotland, Kerr will also be bringing forward existing development agreements and schemes across the portfolio.

Kerr has extensive experience with over 14 years’ as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK and European property markets covering retail, office, industrial and residential development and asset management.

Prior to joining Hargreaves Land, Kerr held development and asset management roles for Fashion House in Eastern Europe, Clyde Gateway, Henry Boot and JLL.
