Based in our Scottish office, Phil is responsible for leading the growth of our Scottish region.
Phil joined Hargreaves Land in 2014 and plays an active role in the delivery of our flagship Westfield and Conexus schemes while also seeking to build our strategic development pipeline throughout Scotland.
