A Technical Advisor with considerable experience and expertise, Tom Hall has been closely involved with the development of Blindwells for over a decade.
Tom Hall joined our Glasgow team in 2024 after being involved in our Blindwells development as a consultant since 2012. Tom worked with Hargreaves Land and design team members throughout the planning stage of the project, providing advice on matters such as flooding and drainage, ground improvement and geo-environmental issues.
As a Technical Advisor, Tom’s role at Hargreaves Land is largely linked to the ongoing development of Blindwells, particularly in regard to technical matters in respect to the ongoing design and delivery of all ongoing engineering works. In addition, Tom will be available to the Development Team to provide advice on engineering support for future planning applications at Blindwells and other projects.
