Zoe’s career to date has predominantly focused on working within public and third sector organisations, having worked for Nottingham Regeneration Limited (a not-for-profit regeneration consultancy), Nottingham City Council, South Yorkshire Housing Association and CRT Property Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coalfields Regeneration Trust).  She has also gained experience in consultancy having been a Senior Development Consultant at Thomas Lister Ltd in Bromsgrove, providing advice to Government organisations and Local Authorities across England.

Zoe’s experience is predominantly within development viability including assessment and due diligence of grant funding applications for various funding streams, planning and land acquisition and disposal strategies.

Her most recent role was as Investment and Development Manager for CRT Property Investments Limited, where she managed the development pipeline of industrial schemes within former coalfield communities across the country.  The role included site assessment and feasibility, managing third party consultants to ensure schemes secured appropriate planning permission and were successfully delivered through to practical completion.
